I was shocked on my first visit. The director spoke to me informally. I didn't express it, but it was a truly unpleasant experience. I don't want to go there again unless I need to.
The nurses are very unfriendly. If they don't want to work, they should just stay home and do housework instead of unnecessarily making visitors feel bad. They are so unfriendly.
