The director is always kind..^^ She explains the test results in detail and empathizes with me. It was my second visit, and she remembered me well. The reception staff were also friendly.
The director is a woman, and she explained everything very well. The nurses were all kind and nice as well. They didn't pressure me into any tests, so I had a pleasant consultation. :)
