This is a hospital that I think of whenever I'm sick, thanks to the kind treatment provided by the director.
I received treatment from the Vice Director, and she was very unfriendly. She spoke in a very sharp tone, and cut me off whenever I asked a question. Isn't a hospital a service industry too?
