The doctor's attitude is certainly not commendable. At the very least, if this is a dermatology clinic—or rather, even before that—diagnosing the patient's condition before treatment is a doctor's dut…
It's true that he's not very friendly, but I think he's trying to avoid overtreating me. Whenever I ask about a procedure, he replies, "Why are you doing that?" I'm completely impressed.
