The doctor is kind, but the staff's work attitude—from handling phone calls to guiding visitors and administering injections—is so poor that it cannot be given a score.
I called and went because my body was itchy. I was kindly guided, received a medical consultation, got an injection, and received a prescription, and I left feeling good.
They are incredibly rude. This is my second visit. I went the first time thinking, "Okay, that's understandable," but just as expected, they are fucking rude.
Even if the wait time exceeds an hour, they treat you rudely. They don't call your name in the order you arrive, but rather randomly.
