While caring for my parents and my in-laws, I have visited and seen many nursing hospitals, but I have never seen one that smelled this bad. This hospital has absolutely no concept of basic hygiene.
My father was taking care of it, but the cash and wallet were lost, so I wouldn't recommend it.
