The standard wait time here is 2 hours and 30 minutes, and there's no patient status board. I've been coming here for years, and this is the worst. With so many complaints, the staff can't seem to be…
There are so many people that the waiting time is too long. 2 hours is the minimum.
The receptionist's tone is really annoying. Please give them some training.
Needless to say, the reception staff were extremely unfriendly.
