The receptionists and nurses were all very kind. They provided prompt assistance and treated me gently, making for a pleasant medical experience.
This is a hospital where I receive consistent treatment, rather than a place I visit just once. Since they compare my condition every time, the treatment process feels stable.
They first listen to what the patient is concerned about and then calmly explain things accordingly. I felt confident because their way of speaking was not one-sided.
