수술 후 청력 변화로 많이 불안한 상태에서 방문했습니다. 검사를 받고 설명을 들었지만, 제 개인적으로는 안심되기보다 더 불안감을 느꼈고 그날 잠을 이루기 어려웠습니다. 제 경험상 커뮤니케이션 방식이 저와는 맞지 않게 느껴졌습니다. 불안한 환자에게는 조금 더 세심한 설명이 도움이 될 것 같습니다.
