의사선생님이 다정하고 친절하십니다. 그러나 카운터 보는 여직원 중 한명이 불친절하여 의사선생님의 친절을 빛바라게 하고 있네요. 손님에 대한 상냥까진 아니더라도 어느정도 최소한의 친절은 있어야 하는데 그렇지 않고 오히려 불쾌감을 주더라구요. 병원 이미지 제고 차원에서 친절해달라고 요청하니 미안해하는 표정보다는 활짝 웃으면서 다음부터 안그러겠다고 죄송하다고 하…
