The director was very prompt and kind. There were many child patients with rhinitis, and it is a fairly large ENT clinic occupying three floors.
The director was kind and quick to deal with, but the nurses had a hard time finding the vein and giving injections.
The director is kind. However, the nurses in the IV room were unfriendly; they were chatting amongst themselves and making a scene while a patient was receiving IV fluids.
