It seems like the doctor doesn't want to do business. There are no normal ENT clinics in the Unnam-dong area, so I recommend going to another hospital.
Everyone says the nurses are unfriendly, but honestly, speaking from my personal perspective, they weren't particularly unfriendly or anything.... It's just a decent hospital.
My daughter only comes here when she's selling earwax.
