The girl who was answering the phone was so rude. She just kept saying "No" without any explanation.
I went for a consultation last time, and the staff were all very friendly and the director explained pigmentation treatments in detail, which was great. It was great!
The director is always kind~ Sometimes I have to wait because there are so many patients, but it is a clinic I find myself returning to whenever I have skin problems^^
I am receiving regular treatment and am satisfied because the director always provides detailed and kind explanations.
