The nurses were quite rude and abrasive, inversely proportional to the doctor's kindness. I've experienced this more than once.
The wait was long, and the doctor was rude. Even though I said I had a ringing in my ear, he kept yelling and making irritating noises, demanding I tell him where it hurt.
Whether it's the nurse or the assistant at the counter, the rudeness is way beyond the pale.
