전화할 때 외국인한테 불친절 When I call to make reservation, the lady who picked up the phone sounds unfriendly and unkind. If this was not the only English speaking clinic nearby, I would visit another one.
My daughter fainted, so we went to the clinic. The doctor and the reception staff were all very kind, which put me at ease. I was really worried, so I'm very grateful. Thank you very much.
I suffered from enteritis, but after treatment and IV fluids, I got better. The nurses and doctors were so kind.
I asked a lot of questions, but thank you for kindly explaining everything.
