The director is very nice and thorough. He provides excellent treatment. However, if your dermatitis is severe, he may prescribe a strong steroid, so don't apply too much of the prescribed ointment.
He seems gruff, but if you look closely, you can feel that he is considerate of the patients. He also seems skilled. I saw some reviews saying he is rude, so I am leaving this review reluctantly.
